Lovin' on Lundin

Don't mind me, just drooling over this beautiful Swedish home featured on Lundin. Feeling so inspired by the mix of modern and classic decor, with a healthy helping of art splashed throughout. Now excuse me while I go hang up all my prints that are collecting dust...

Beach Bum

Just a lil' sand, sun, and sea for you on this Tuesday morning :) Can you believe that one of these gorgeous beaches actually resides stateside?! Take me there!!!

Mary Matson Studio Tour

Feeling very inspired by the work and studio of Mary Matson, highlighted this week by J. Crew for her work they're using to adorn their pop-up shop in East Hampton. I love her quirky style, and especially this quote regarding her inspirations:

"To draw the elephants, I looked at illustrations and advertisements from the 1950s and '60s. They're all about humor, simplicity, space, shape and color."

I too have long adored the sweet and simple work of mid century artists and designers.

Mansion Hopping

Can you think of a more glamorous way to spend a vacation than strolling the grounds of one of these stunning American mansions? They are all open to the public, and they are all breathtaking! I'm especially swooning over the facade of this Sleepy Hollow, NY estate.
