I recently watched the Netflix documentary "What Happened, Miss Simone?" with my boo, and I gotta tell you- that woman was hauntingly talented. Her story is both inspiring and heartbreaking and I definitely have a renewed appreciation for her. If you haven't seen it yet, I must implore you to check it out. Such a brilliant piece of art.
